Architect’s Note: The key feature of this space is the balcony. At 207 square feet, and 10.5 feet deep, this is an enormous outdoor space you’ll be hard-pressed to find in another 1-bedroom mountain condo. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony from the bedroom and the living room. In the living area, we’ve created an open design that allows natural mountain light to flow through the space. The kitchen has great space for cooking and entertaining, with a bar and large island separating it from the main dining and living room.  The Office/Den Space will have a barn door and could accommodate bunk beds if so desired.
